Guarantee
All EUROSILLA S.A. goods have a 2-year guarantee.
This guarantee does not include deficiencies arising from negligence, knocks, misuse or improper manipulation, incorrect installation or material wear and tear resulting from normal use.

1. Transport Incidents
Please keep in mind that any incident detected on receiving the goods must be clearly indicated on the transport worker’s delivery note. If there is nothing indicated of this type of incident on the delivery note, it will be understood that delivery has been correctly carried out and, consequently, EUROSILLA S.A. will not assume any responsibility on damaged goods or missing packages.
Similarly, we would like to remind you that EUROSILLA S.A. will not accept any complaints about breaks, knocks or missing packages after 24 hours from delivery of the goods; consequently, no complaint will be dealt with after this time period.

2. Returns and Exchanges of Goods
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order to return any goods. In order to do so, you simply have to return the product to us in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The cost of delivery of the return to our warehouses is the responsibility of the client, with the initial costs of delivery not being refundable.

However, the delivery costs of the return of defective products and mistaken deliveries (excluding transport incidents) will be the responsibility of EUROSILLA S.A., providing that the client informs us of this situation within a period of 14 days from receiving delivery of the goods.

It is very important that you send the products to exchange or return perfectly packaged. We will not accept the returned goods in the event that they are damaged because of incorrect packaging.

Once we have received the goods in our warehouses and have checked that the aforementioned conditions have been fulfilled, EUROSILLA S.A. will accept the returned product and will proceed to refund the amount in accordance with the payment method made and, if necessary, to deliver the new product.

Please remember that EUROSILLA S.A. will not accept cash-on-delivery goods.
